Promotion Eligibility

This promotion is available to ALL.

Promotion Period

Concert Week on sale will occur from 21 September 2026 at 10:00 AM until 25 September 2026 at 10:00 PM (Indonesia time), or until the allocated promotional ticket inventory is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Ticket Holder Name Requirements

Purchasing tickets for the Concert Week Promotion must use the name according to a valid identity card. Make sure to buy tickets using your valid and correct data (ID Card/KK/KTP/SIM/Passport). Your ticket(s) cannot be changed and/or modified once the purchase has been made.

Promotion Conditions

Ticket purchases during the Concert Week Promotion are limited to a maximum of 6 (six) tickets per account (1 (one) email address and 1 (one) phone number). Purchases may be made across multiple transactions and categories, provided that the total number of tickets purchased does not exceed the applicable maximum limit. Each Ticket is subject to 25% off.

All tickets purchased through the Concert Week promotion remain subject to the standard terms and conditions of the applicable event and ticketing platform.

Maroon 5 Asia 2027 — 5 February 2027

General Conditions

Live Nation Asia and Temgmt reserves the right to amend the participating shows, eligible ticket categories, seating zones, allocated promotional inventory, promotion period, promotion mechanics, and these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

In the event of any dispute relating to this promotion, Live Nation Asia and Temgmt’s decision shall be final, subject to applicable law.
