NATIONAL CONCERT WEEK HONG KONG CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This Contest Terms & Conditions sets out the details of the “National Concert Week Hong Kong Contest” (the "Contest") being run by Live Nation (HK) Limited (“Organizer”).
2. By entering the Contest, participants agree and consent to allow the Organizer and to collect, use and disclose their personal data provided for the purposes of conducting and administering the Contest in accordance with our Privacy Statement, which can be found at: (www.livenation.hk/privacy).
3. To enter the Contest, you must be:
a) A Hong Kong resident;
b) able to comply with these terms and all the Contest Terms and Conditions;
c) at least 16 years old;
d) fufil the requirements for individual sub-contests as set in their relevant contest page or Facebook posts on www.facebook.com/livenationhk or Instagram posts on www.instagram.com/livenationhk.
4. The Schedule of Events and Prizes for the Contest are as follows:
a. “Nation Concert Week Hong Kong - Troye Sivan Ticket Giveaway Contest” – To commence on 1st May 2019, 10:00AM and end on 2nd May 2019, 11:59PM Hong Kong time – Winners are entited 2 Standing A tickets (Worth HK$888 each) to “Troye Sivan The Bloom Tour Hong Kong” on 6th May, 2019 at AsiaWorld-Expo Hall 10.
b. Nation Concert Week Hong Kong - The Chainsmokers Contest” – To commence on 2nd May 2019, 10:00AM and end on 6th May 2019, 11:59PM Hong Kong time – Winners are entitled to purchase 2 tickets for the event “The Chainsmokers World War Joy Live In Hong Kong” (Total 5 winners) ahead of the public sales.
c. “Nation Concert Week Hong Kong - Troye Sivan Backstage Tour Contest” – To commence on 3rd May 2019, 10:00AM and end on 4th May 2019, 11:59PM Hong Kong time – 2 Winners and 1 companion each are entited a backstage walkthrough tour guided by concert staff at the “Troye Sivan The Bloom Tour Hong Kong” on 6th May, 2019 (Time of event to be further advised.)
d. “Nation Concert Week Hong Kong – Iliza in Asia Ticket Giveaway Contest” – To commence on 4th May 2019, 10:00AM and end on 10th May 2019, 11:59PM Hong Kong time – Winner is entited 2 Cat A tickets (Worth HK$688 each) to “Iliza in Asia Hong Kong Live” on 14th June, 2019 at Music Zone @ E-Max at KITEC, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. (Total 1 Winner)
e. “Nation Concert Week Hong Kong – Guns N’ Roses Signed Poster Giveaway Contest” – To commence on 5th May 2019, 10:00AM and end on 11th May 2019, 11:59PM Hong Kong time – Winners are entited ONE signed Guns N’ Roses poster (Total 2 Winners).
f. “Nation Concert Week Hong Kong – Narcos Ticket Giveaway Contest” – To commence on 6th May 2019, 10:00AM and end on 12th May 2019, 11:59PM Hong Kong time – Winner is entited 2 Cat A tickets (Worth HK$688 each) to “Narcos Live: The Real DEA agents Steve Murphy & Javier Pena in HK” on
14th June, 2019 at Music Zone @ E-Max at KITEC, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.

5. If you are a winner of the Contest ("Winner"), Winners will be notified after the end of
Contest period by email or through Instant Messenging or Direct Message in either
Facebook or Instagram (“the Notification”) and advised on how to collect the Prize.
Please note that if you do not respond within 3 days, we reserve the right to select a
different Winner.
6. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
7. In the event of multiple entries of one participant, the first entry shall prevail. Please do
not submit multiple entries.
8. We will not be held responsible for entries to a Contest which are lost or corrupted as a
result of any technical error.
9. Notice for “Nation Concert Week Hong Kong - Troye Sivan Ticket Giveaway
Contest”:
a) Standing zone of this show is for those aged 12 or above and height limit of 140cm
or above only. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid ticket must be provided
for admission.
b) Winners are to collect their prizes only on specified date and time set forth in the
Notification.
10. Terms & Conditions for “Nation Concert Week Hong Kong - The Chainsmokers
Contest”:
a) Each winner can purchase a maximum of 2 tickets for the event “The
Chainsmokers World War Joy Live In Hong Kong”.
b) A customer service fee will be charged by the ticketing agent for each ticket
purchased.
c) Tickets can be collected by pick-up in person only.
d) No refund, cancellation or amendment will be allowed once the tickets are sold.
There will be no replacement for any loss of the tickets.
e) Standing zone of this show is for those aged 12 or above and height limit of 140cm
or above only and seated zone is for those aged 6 or above only. Each ticket admits
one person only. A valid ticket must be provided for admission.
11. Notice for “Nation Concert Week Hong Kong - Troye Sivan Backstage Tour
Contest”:
a) Tickets are not included as part of the prize of this contest. Winners must be holder
of a valid ticket to the captioned event in order to participate.
b) The prize does not include a meet & greet with Troye Sivan (“The Artist) or in any
way guarantee the presence or the participation of the artist during the course of the
Backstage Tour.
c) Photography and videograpy is strictly prohibited in the backstage area.
d) Upon entering the restricted areas of the concert, winners and their companions must
follow the guidance of local concert staff. The organizer reserves the right to
terminate the tour and escort winners and their companions out of the restricted
areas if winners or their companions fail to comply with the rules set forth by local
concert staff.

Contest”:

a) Winners are to collect their prizes only on specified date and time set forth in the

15. Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and non-returnable.
16. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the relevant Contest, the Winner and their
companion(s) will be solely responsible for their own accommodation and travel and all
other expenses incurred in connection with that prize. The Organizer assumes no
responsibility and are not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which the Winner and
their companion(s) may be required to pay at any time in connection with the Contest.
17. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions set out
who can enter the Contest, how it will be run and the circumstances in which The
Organizer may withhold all or part of any Prize and/or disqualify you. By submitting an
entry for the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any

18. This Contest and all of its contents are Competitions and not Prize Draws as defined in

19. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found or suspected of
falsifying their identity in order to take part in the contest. Live Nation HK also retains the
right to recover damages or other compensation from rogue participants.
